Why do I see "There are no available appointments" when scheduling a new appointment in Handshake?
Make sure you have completed the "Career Interests" section of your Handshake profile by following the instructions above. If you have verified that your Handshake Career Interests are complete and you are still seeing the message "there are no available appointments," try choosing a different coach or appointment type. If this doesn't resolve the issue, visit the CPD virtual lobby for help, no appointment necessary, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need to update my profile. My class year (or other information) is incorrect; how can I change it?
Pre-populated information in Handshake is updated regularly for currently enrolled students from your Prowl account, which is controlled by the Registrar’s Office. Any changes to your information must be requested through the Registrar’s Office.
