Career Fairs & Graduate School Expos

Career Fairs and Graduate Expos are an opportunity for students and alumni to connect with employers and representatives from various organizations as well as graduate and professional institutions.

Students and alumni can explore opportunities that come with continuing education, expand their network and speak with alumni, graduate admission recruiters and professionals in fields/industries such as business, tech, entertainment and more.

CATALYST: A Professional Development Conference

A one-day, conference-style event designed to help you level up your skillset. From inspiring panels to hands-on workshops and real talk with alumni and employers—CATALYST gives you the tools, confidence and connections to thrive after LMU. Whether you’re exploring next steps or planning a pivot, this event is for you.

Open to all students, from all majors and programs, this event is tailored toward developing your personal brand, listening to career advice in the age of AI and gaining exposure to workforce needs.

VOCARÉ Career Retreat

The word “VOCARÉ” is derived from Latin, meaning “to call.” Take the space and time away from campus, to explore your calling. 

Discover VOCARÉ, an exclusive opportunity for LMU students to delve into their past, present and future paths. This free and immersive weekend program focuses on career discernment, offering a reflective space where participants can engage with faculty, staff, alumni and employers. Includes accommodations, transportation and meals.

Career and Professional Development (CPD) is excited to host a series of industry-specific networking mixers throughout the academic year. These mixers provide a welcoming and supportive space for recruiters, alumni and graduate program representatives to connect with LMU students, share career insights and build meaningful professional relationships.
