Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging, high-quality music lessons online
Tailor instruction to a range of skill levels (beginner to advanced)
Mentor younger students on college applications, auditions, and music pathways
Communicate regularly with HYO staff regarding lesson schedules and student progress
Maintain a professional and encouraging presence during sessions
Qualifications:
Proficiency in one or more instruments (priority for: guitar, piano, violin, saxophone, drums, voice)
Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentorship experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude
Reliable access to the internet and a device for virtual instruction
Currently enrolled student (preferred but not required)
