Counseling Graduate Student Association

The Counseling Graduate Student Association (CGSA)’s mission is to establish an inclusive community of support among future counselors within the counseling program’s different tracks. Our goal is to increase students’ and young professionals’ engagement levels in the counseling program through social events, mentoring, service events, and leadership development to professionally prepare students to be ambassadors and change agents. CGSA upholds 4 pillars—community engagement, academic support, professional development, and servant leadership—to facilitate an exceptional holistic experience for all counseling graduate students here at LMU. As an organization, we are committed to the REAL framework of the Jesuit Community’s Traditions here at Loyola Marymount University and beyond. All counseling graduate students welcome!
