The Pride
The Pride is LMU’s exclusive networking and mentoring platform built for the Lion family. Connect with alumni to explore different careers and industries, gain job and internship search advice, and grow your professional network. You can search for alumni on The Pride by location, affinity, industry, company, and more.

- Explore and request to join groups to expand your network and meet like-minded Lions
Connect with Alumni
In the “Explore the Community” section of The Pride, you can filter for alumni by location, major, industry expertise, and company, as well as LMU-specific filters such as campus involvement and alumni affinity groups.
You can also filter for alumni who can provide advice on important help topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, work-life balance, and pursuing graduate or professional school.
Join Groups
Connect with fellow students and alumni who share your interests in Groups on The Pride. Join groups based on categories such as industries, clubs and organizations, regions, and school/college.
Groups are a great place to crowd source advice, learn about events or programs, and engage with alumni and fellow students.
Browse and Apply for Projects
The Pride Projects are short-term, project-based work. Projects involve no more than about 20 hours of work over a 2-4 week period and are a great way to build professional skills, bolster your resume, and foster mentorship connections with alumni.
