Join us for Casual Career Conversations at Wellness Wednesday, an opportunity for industry professionals to connect with students in a relaxed setting. Career fulfillment is an important factor in overall wellness which is why this event was created to coincide with LMU’s campus-wide event celebrating wellness and self-care. Designed to facilitate organic conversations and provide insights into career paths, internships, and job opportunities, this recruitment opportunity is perfect for employers who are open to engaging with students in all years and all majors in an informal, outdoor setting.

The Spring 2026 Just in Time Career Fair connects ambitious Lions (students as well as alumni) with employers beyond the government and non-profit industries, and include business, STEM, and privately held companies. Previous registrants have included American Red Cross, Bliss Point Media, City Year, Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), MGA Entertainment, Moog, Skechers, Teach for America, and more.
